Semfra Construction CC was established by Frans Cilliers on 1998 who has immense professional experience background on the Engineering sector , later on Lindiwe Madalane and Franzelle Cilliers joined and Semfra was change from CC to a PTY LTD , this action was for growth and to empower women in the Engineering and business Construction field .
